Some of the best (and worst depending on how you look at it!) workouts I’ve done have required nothing more than my bodyweight and a small area of flooring.  Bodyweight workouts are something I regularly include in my training. They are time-efficient, cost-effective, universally suitable for EVERYONE.  

 

Whether you consider yourself an athlete, weekend warrior, or fitness fledgling maniac, start including a regular bodyweight training program as part of your regimen!
