The term holistic nutrition has been slowly gaining more and more interest on the web, social media, social circles, etc.  But what exactly IS Holistic Nutrition? What makes it different than just "normal" nutrition, or "eating healthy?" A widely accepted definition of holistic nutrition is: healing the body with whole foods.

Holistic Nutrition focuses on the overall health and balance of the individual, while also helping individuals understand that many non-trauma related health issues can be managed, if not cured or reversed through proper diet and lifestyle changes. 

Diets, detoxes, and 30 day plans don't work & neither does the "all or nothing" mentality or waiting for that "perfect time" to take action on your health. I am in it with you for the long haul, and want to see you live your best life & nourish your body properly!
