Treadmill workouts can be a great effective way to get a nice sweat, while also having many benefits to enhance your training. Treadmill workouts are great for increasing speed, burning fat, crushing those hill sprints, and building strength. Not only do I love to incorporate into my training for the physical effects, but sometimes you just need that extra mental boost, and some good HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) training while traveling, recovering, or mentally clearing the mind. The treadmill provides that for me!
